Welcome to The Kingdom Chamber of Commerce Kingdom Business Conference and Marketplace Expo 2016. Our theme is, Alignment and Influence – Creating Your Leadership Space in the Marketplace and we will be sharing answers to these important questions.

Effective leadership has the ability to be active on your behalf, even when you are absent. My Mentor, Dr. Myles Munroe, defined leadership this way, “Effective Leadership is the capacity to influence others, through inspiration, generated by a passion, motivated by a vision, birthed by conviction, produced by purpose. He was someone who advised, developed, and mentored leaders in 114 nations around the world.
